maison vinaigrette
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Satsuma juice
1 tablespoon grated shallot
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Louisiana Hot Sauce ™ to taste
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar and shake to combine. The vinaigrette can also be prepared in a medium-size mixing bowl using a whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
